We follow and adhere to strict HIPAA guidelines. Your surgery, visit, and anything related to your procedure is strictly confidentenial. This information is between you and the medical staff at our office.
No information is allowed to exit our office without approval from you.

Office Open for Appointment Scheduling:
Monday through Friday (10:00am to 4:00pm)
