With the continuous changes in health insurance coverage and plans changing and restructuring, we may not be enrolled as providers with all plans. In accordance with many of our contracts with Insurance Payors, it is required for West Michigan Plastic Surgery to collect co-pays at the time of service.  All co-pays will be collected at the time of appointment check-in at each visit, or weekly for regularly treating patients. Depending on your coverage, these may include charges for x-rays, splinting, bracing, etc.

There is a $30 fee assessed for bounced checks. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments.
